Founding and running an innovation lab for a global diagnostics company

To quickly respond to the dynamic needs of this publicly-traded firm’s top business priorities, they looked to Notenda to set up and lead an innovation lab to test and validate revenue opportunities, new purchase journeys, customer experiences, commercial assets, and more.

Leveraging Notenda’s Recruiting Network to fuel the innovation lab we created for this client, we were able to begin testing on the first of 12 initiatives for this client within two weeks, completing a total of twelve unique projects in the first ten months, each with testing beginning within two days of starting a project.

In those first ten months, 273 research/testing/validation interviews were completed, leveraging 280 concepts, and delivering actionable direction on five high-impact business areas, 15 validated sales assets, and a complete high-fidelity digital prototype.
