BioWave had a successful, FDA-approved pain blocking medical device, with tremendous success across the VA and professional sports team. But it needed to evolve its digital strategy to bolster existing businesses, create new revenue streams, and steer a set of experiences that enhanced the device.
We engaged the market and outlined a digital platform strategy that integrated across the business. All target personas were interviewed, key value drivers identified, and high-fidelity prototypes were created for all digital experiences, including a back-end analytics dashboard. The digital offerings were developed and launch commercially, with first-month adoption across the base reaching 57%.
