We tested and validated prototype experiences across the entire customer journey, implemented impactful commercial solutions from awareness to ordering to sample return to return-of-results to referral & cross-sell.  We then put in place a monthly service to maintain that progress.  A new market was validated to increase sales 2X on an already billion-dollar portfolio.
